Check-in Day Selection:
Choose a check-in day that suits your schedule. On this day, provide updates including pictures, weight, measurements, and a summary of your completed workouts, cardio, and adherence to your meal plan. Honesty is key, as these updates form the basis for any necessary adjustments to your program.
