​WHAT IS MINDSET COACHING? ​ 1:1 Mindset Coaching helps you develop empowering beliefs and practices to achieve your goals. Through personalized sessions, I will help you identify and break through mental blocks and gain the clarity, motivation, and confidence to reach your goals. With my guidance, you’ll be able to create lasting change and take your life to the next level. You can use this service as a stand alone coaching session, or as a starting point to choose the right fitness plan to sign up for. ​ ​Our 1:1 sessions will be over video call, phone call or a chat service. I like to offer these choices to suit my client’s individual communication comfort style. ​ WHAT WE WILL WORK ON... - We will examine your current habits, belief systems and goals. - We will talk about what motivation and rewards system would best benefit you, with your goals as the main focus. - You will learn how to plan and execute effective routines. - We examine your current morning, day and evening routines and develop a plan that works for you. - We will look at the goals you have set and create specific habits, systems and routines that will help you achieve them. ​- We will identify any challenges and blocks that you may have formed throughout the years that have been getting in the way of you undertaking change - We will discuss the importance of consistency - ​I will teach you motivation techniques and you will learn how to become more disciplined. ​ + so much more!
